WHAT: This is the crown jewel of Sculpt Fitness. Sculpt Fit is an advanced class that is built on the needs of each client. Each day there is a different work out of the day. This class has huge variety and can include cardio, barbells, ropes, pull ups, squats, sleds, & everything else our expert personal trainers build. This is our version of circuit training.
WHY: These progressive programs will have you learning some new material that may never have done before. These types of variable programming will help you achieve many of your fitness goals. Although you can say that members will lose fat, gain muscle etc, these slightly more advanced programs will be pushing you towards your limits.
