WHAT: This is the crown jewel of Sculpt Fitness. Sculpt Fit is an advanced class that is built on the needs of each client. Each day there is a different work out of the day. This class has huge variety and can include cardio, barbells, ropes, pull ups, squats, sleds, & everything else our expert personal trainers build. This is our version of circuit training.

WHY: These progressive programs will have you learning some new material that may never have done before. These types of variable programming will help you achieve many of your fitness goals. WHAT: This is a large group exercise that is choreographed to music. You’ll use 3-5 pound weights as you do basic boxing moves and lower body exercises. Everyone is welcome- from beginners to fitness experts.

WHY: With all the different movement variations, RAW is the perfect class to work on your endurance, light strength training and mobility. Since there is constant movement during the class it is perfect for shedding fat and working towards that toned body you want.

WHAT: A true cardio class. We use interval training, endurance training, and cardio equipment to get your heartrate up. This class doesn’t use any weights, instead it focuses on your endurance.

WHY: Adding endurance days into your program will burn a lot of calories for the workout and help with fat loss. Full endurance days also help advance you in other areas of your training. Endurance workouts will help you in your resistance training workouts and also act as a “recovery” day from lifting workouts.

Max Interval

Level: 1 or 2

WHAT: This class is all about interval training. We combine strength & cardio to work out your entire body through 3 minute, 1 minute, and 30 second intervals. We will use boxes, slam balls, & battle ropes, during this high intensity training. Each class will work all of your major muscle groups.

WHY: Since interval training combines both weights and cardio it is a great class to help gain strength, boost endurance and shed body fat. The fact that most movements are based on time lets you determine what your intensity is going to be for that part of the workout.

WHAT: This class is strength training- a true bodybuilding workout. We will work our way through 6-8 isolating muscle exercises. This class will use weights- focusing on dumbbells & kettlebells that will keep your flexed arm looking good.

WHY: Working to add lean muscle mass will aid in decreasing body fat. It will also assist in increasing bone density and helping to support your joints (knees, ankles, shoulders etc).

WHAT: This is a high intensity workout that works your whole body during every workout. We use very functional training and use every piece of equipment that we have in the gym. We will focus on getting your heart rate up and your muscles strong.

WHY: Full body workouts that incorporate both resistance training and cardio are great ways to burn a lot of calories in a short period of time, and have your body burning calories for hours after the workout ends. Full body workouts that we do in Head to Toe are a great way to build muscle as well as aid in fat loss.
